Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be available.
